Contract Renewals
Looking to extend your contract and run more events with PheedLoop? Awesome! We're grateful and excited to continue to be of service. Renewing your contract is super simple, and if you are on flex-year discounted pricing, you don't have to do much - we'll take care of everything for you! Customers often have questions about contract renewals, so here's a quick FAQ to help address them for you.
What happens to my user-facing event portals?
If you do not renew your contract, your older events will no longer be accessible. However, if you renew your contract, event at the most minimum level just to keep your account going, your events will continue to be available in On-Demand Mode. This mode means you and your attendees can always log in to your event experience portals (e.g. mobile event app, virtual portal, stakeholder portals) in read-only mode. This is great for events to maintain access to their content for archival, sales, or comparison purposes.
What happens to my dashboard access?
Unlike your event portals, once your contract expires, your dashboard will still be accessible but only in read-only mode. This means you can go in and retrieve your data any time, and if you choose to renew your contract at any point in the future, you will regain full dashboard access including for all your old events.
What happens to my unused user credits?
If you choose to renew your contract within 15 days or less of your contract expiring, any unused user credits will be rolled over in their entirety, under the assumption that the same set of modules is selected so that the credit values are equivalent. If you are adding or removing modules, the number of credits rolled over will be adjusted to match your new selections.
Do I need to create a new account when I renew my contract?
It's up to you. If you'd like a new account, that is totally fine. If you'd like to maintain the same account, which is most common, then you can do this as well.
What is the minimum amount I need to spend to renew my contract?
Just like when you first signed up with PheedLoop, you may not have known exactly how many user credits or what power-ups you needed several months in advance. Or, you may just want to spend the minimum amount to keep your events and dashboard access active and available. Whatever your requirements may be, the minimum spend is identical to the minimum spend required when signing a contract for the first time with PheedLoop. A minimum of 100 user credits must be purchased for the same modules you have in your account.
