Badges & Lanyards

PheedLoop has invested in a robust international supply chain that is able to provide premium and economy versions of the most widely used badge, printer, and lanyard stock. Pre-order them and have them arrive perfectly ready pre-event, or order the stock and have our staff or yours use our ZD621 printers to personalize them on-site alongside the check-in flow.

Printers, Scanners & Check-In Kiosks

The neat thing is that PheedLoop not only offers the hardware, but it is all fully synced with the entire suite of PheedLoop's software tools. This isn't some third-party integration, it's all built-in natively to PheedLoop. This allows you to ensure real-time syncing during those crucial on-site moments, zero post-event reconciliation of scans, consistent branding, and more.

Session Check-In & CE Credit Tracking

An incredibly powerful tool for administrators in PheedLoop Go is the ability to check attendees into an event and sessions. Scanning attendee QR codes with this add-on allows you to scan and check attendees into the event by scanning their ticket (simultaneously and optionally triggering a wireless badge print, welcome email sending, and purchase confirmation) or a pre-printed badge. Scanning the QR codes on badges with this add-on also allows you to check attendees into and out of sessions to track attendance, duration, and certification. The cherry on top is that if your event is accredited, you can automatically award CE credits and have the system build attendance certificates for you!

Lead Retrieval

Exhibitor lead retrieval is an incredibly powerful tool that you can use to help your exhibitors get the most value out of your event. PheedLoop's lead retrieval system is built directly inside our mobile app which means your exhibitors don't have to rent those bulky and outdated scanners. Instead, exhibitors simply download our mobile app and are able to scan QR codes for leads via their smartphones. This system goes above and beyond by allowing exhibitors to make comments and leave grades on the attendee's profile so that they have all the relevant information on hand when they access their lead retrieval report!

Ensuring a smooth on-site check-in experience is essential to your participants leaving the event satisfied and wanting to come back for more.
