This incredibly user-intuitive yet powerful system allows you to spin up a marketing website for your event in no time. The website can highlight anything and everything related to the event - from schedules and speaker bios to exhibitor and sponsor listings - without the need for complicated coding and website development (we handle this for you). Pair this with PheedLoop's built-in registration and ticketing system, you'll see skyrocketing ticket sales in no time!

The Different Components

Event Website

The Event Website is where you direct people ahead of time to learn more about the event and ways to participate. The website itself is incredibly customizable with the ability to drag and drop your event's logos and graphics from directly within the back-end dashboard. You'll be able to customize everything - from font and text size down to colors, shadows and buttons - all without custom code. We even offer white labelling and custom URL services!

PheedLoop's Event Website offers several pre-built pages which pull in the associated data from your back-end dashboard:

  • Home Page
  • Schedule
  • Speakers
  • Register
  • Exhibitors
  • Sponsors

In addition to these pre-built pages (which you're able to rename and add customizations to), you'll be able to spin up unlimited custom website pages using the Page Builder in the back-end dashboard!

Want to showcase this awesome event content elsewhere? Take advantage of our Embeddable Website Widgets which allow you to install sections and pages from PheedLoop's Event Website on third-party sites (like your own organization's webpages).

Registration and Ticketing

The Registration and Ticketing component is what allows you to design a registration flow to get attendees confirmed and signed up for your event on PheedLoop. Not using our event website? No worries - the Registration Flow can be embedded on an existing website using our Embeddable Website Widgets. 

Using PheedLoop's Registration and Ticketing system allows you to create unlimited custom sub-categories (such as attendee, speaker, exhibitor, sponsor, member, non-member, etc.). Depending on the sub-category the registrant selects, you'll be able to gather whatever information you need from them using our Custom Form Builder. If you're offering a paid event, registrants will be able to view and select whatever tickets they are eligible for, indicate their payment method, and check out. Once checked out, the registrant will receive an automated confirmation email with all of the relevant details and attachments. They'll even be able to add the event and starred sessions to their external calendar using our iCal option!

Admins will be able to view incomplete and complete registrations in the back-end dashboard. You can configure automated reminder emails for incomplete registrations to nudge them to come back and finish their transaction. Payment status can be viewed and updated, refunds can be processed, and detailed reports can be generated directly within the back-end dashboard.

Registration flows can be complicated, we get it. That's why we offer an incredibly customizable back-end builder which allows you to design your registration flow to be as simple or advanced as necessary!
