PheedLoop offers a convenient pricing model that is designed to help event planners get a lot of functionality, with a lot of flexibility, without breaking the bank.

** Contracts for fewer than 500 Members will charge the Basic Platform Fee as a flat $950.00


Basic Platform Fee - The base platform gives you access to some of PheedLoop's back-end system that powers all associations that use PheedLoop. Specifically, it gives you access to:

  • PheedLoop's back-end administration dashboard with up to 10 organization administrator accounts (additional accounts available for $99 per account)
  • Data & Reporting
  • Contact Database
  • Member Management & Member Portals
  • Custom Forms
Billing & Subscriptions - Seamlessly view and manage member payments + process new member registrations in the back-end Membership Dashboard.
Website & Sign-Up - PheedLoop's Website Builder will take information about your organization and automatically build a public website for your organization that is fully customizable and can highlight information about your organization such as member directories, upcoming events, etc.(public and restricted member-only pages), and allow people to sign up as members (free or paid).
Community Forum & Job Board - Use PheedLoop's Community Forum to create a private social network for members of the community to engage with each other, view job postings, engage in discussions, browse the list of members, and more.
Training & Certification - Access to a year-round on-demand learning portal where community members can come to engage with content, earn continuing education credits, export certificates, etc.

Non-Member Contact Management - Access to PheedLoop's contact management systems for contacts who are not members of your organization. Full Contact Database capabilities along with access to Marketing & Communications services and Data & Reporting for these contacts.
